The following are links associated with the Converse College course, which is a study of the evolution of design considering historical precedent, as well as the influence of technological advances and social change. Architecture and interior design from Western civilizations and non-Western cultures, from prehistoric times through the Renaissance, will be examined and their influence to modern decorative design will be explored.
